A personalized plan for healthy living, eating, body and mind, to help people along their paths toward a total well-being.

The Total Health Plan is a 12-Month Program which consists of workshops each month that focus on a different area of your health.

Total Health Plan Monthly Program

(We meet the 3rd Tuesday of Every Month, 7pm @ Healthy Family Chiropractic)

Month 1 : A one-on-one consult with the Dr. complete with Full Health Review, Body Composition Analysis, and a detailed plan of your personal Health Goals.

Month 2: Detox/Cleanse Eating Plan. NOT a diet! A permanent plan to drop weight (if desired), clean your body and get HEALTHY!

Month 3: Fitness Assessment. A fitness test used to create YOUR personal fitness plan.

Month 4: Back Safety Plan. Simple exercises and other tools to protect your back...and your Life!!

Month 5: Nutritional Analysis. A detailed look at what you eat currently..and how to improve.

Month 6: Superfoods. How to enhance your diet with the BEST foods available!

Month 7: Detox/Cleanse #2. A twice a year program to clean you from the inside out, along with a review of your current fitness, nutrition, and back-safety plans.

Month 8: Special Guest Speaker #1!

Month 9: Health History, Medical Risk Assessment, and how to RELAX with an at home SPA!!

Month 10: Toxin Free Living. A step by step approach to finding and eliminating from your home what can slowly poison you & your family.

Month 11: Special Guest Speaker # 2!

Month 12: Resource Guide. Local businesses, farms, and healthcare providers who offer discounts or natural sources to our patients for food, fitness, and healthcare products.

Total Health Plan Cost

The fee for this exceptional, year long service is only $240, billed at $20 per month, or SAVE over 15% and pay in one full payment of $200!
